DEPARTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT. Neighborhood Stabilization Program
The City of Bostons Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) announces the availability of Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000) in Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds provided by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the acquisition and rehabilitation of foreclosed and abandoned properties so as to create new home ownership and rental housing throughout those Boston neighborhoods that have been directly affected by foreclosures. Applications will be accepted on a rolling admission basis until the earlier of June 21, 2010, or until funds are expended.
