PUBLIC NOTICE. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. UPGRADE AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES FOR BOSTON ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION SYSTEM PEOPLESOFT HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS
The City of Boston ("the City"), acting by and through its Chief Information Officer ("the Official"), hereby requests sealed proposals from interested and qualified parties ("Offerors") to provide upgrade and implementation services for Boston Administrative Information System ("BAIS")/PeopleSoft Human Capital Management ("HCM") Applications from version 8.9 to version 9.2.
All proposals shall be submitted in strict conformance with the Request for Proposal ("RFP"), which is available on the City's Supplier Portal, to be downloaded at: www.procurement.gov/events on or after 9:00 a.m. EDT, on Monday, April 14, 2014, and will remain available until the date and time of the opening of proposals, Wednesday, May 14, 2014.
