This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation.
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document, Standard Form (SF) 1449, is attached.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339114 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) to supply the A-Dec Dental Treatment Chairs and related products described in the SF 1449 for the Gulf Coast Veteran Health Care System s Joint Ambulatory Care Center located in Pensacola, Florida. Respondents to this solicitation must fully demonstrate their capability by supplying detailed quote information along with any other documents necessary to support this requirements.

Non-OEM must be Authorized Reseller/Distributor for product. A letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer stating that the vendor is an authorized distributor of the OEM s equipment.
This is an RFQ issued for open market quotes, set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
In order to qualify for the set-aside, the firm must be listed at the time the quote is submitted in the Vendor Information Pages as a Certified - Service Disabled Veteran - Owned Small Business at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ .
