DEMOLITION SERVICES
The Redevelopment Agency for the County of Riverside ("Agency") is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide demolition services for one patio attached to a minimart on APN's 381-241-003, 381-241-004. Project site is 17595 Grand Avenue located in the unincorporated community of Lakeland Village. The community of Lakeland Village borders the southern portion of Lake Elsinore. Lakeland Village consists of residential and light commercial zoned property. Redevelopment funds will be used to finance the demolition project.
