Demolition of legal removal and disposal of materials and debris and restoration of subject site from residential properties. Contractor to be responsible for obtaining all required permits from the proper regulatory authorities.
This is a Court-Ordered demolition of these properties. All items must be removed from site. There is no guarantee of dollar values for salvage by the contractor.
