DELAWARE WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The goal of the Division of State Service Centers is to provide one stop
shopping for anyone seeking information on services available in
Delaware. The Division accomplishes its goal by:
Providing financial assistance;
Providing food;
Providing shelter;
Providing assistance with utility bills;
Providing fuel and weatherization assistance.
The accomplishment of this goal will enable the Division to realize its
vision of helping people reach their full potential and become self
sufficient.
