This Request for Proposal is for the purpose of acquiring proposals to provide products, services, and maintenance for the Definity product line for the State from Definity and/or authorized Definity business partners. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing these items by meeting the requirements identified in the RFP. Costs will be proposed at discount percentages for equipment and firm fixed rates for services and maintenance.
