DBE Pilot Project for Supportive Services
The STATE is seeking a contractor(s) to provide Supportive Services to small, minority owned businesses (also known as certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE)),in the form of business development, assistance with bonding and financing, training, and to serve as a resource in communities across the state during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm) at an identifiable business location that includes office space and a working, active phone.
