DB Convert 7B to Private Rooms
The scope of this project is to provide all design build services, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and all other resources necessary to convert 12 double occupancy patient rooms to single occupancy rooms, which when combined with the existing eight single occupancy rooms will make twenty single occupancy rooms available on Floor 7B in the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, Building 1 in accordance with the requirements of the project.
NCO 8 anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract to provide design build services.
The magnitude of construction is between $5,000 000 and $10,000,000.00
The solicitation will be issued on or about December 15, 2017.

Green Environmental Management System (GEMS) - Contractors selected for award of this contract are expected to be good stewards of the environment by complying with federal, state and local environmental laws and other requirements such as medical center policy and project specifications. In addition contractors should incorporate pollution prevention and waste minimization into operations.
