DATA Act Audit of CFPB
The OIG requires the services of an independent audit organization to conduct a performance audit to determine whether the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is in compliance with the Digital Accountability and Transparency Act of 2014 (DATA Act), as required by the act, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019 and any succeeding option years within the period of performance, as required by the DATA Act (if exercised by the Board).
