The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified bidders to perform Assurance for project processes and deliverables for Delaware Automated Child Enforcement System (DACSES) replacement implementation project (which needs the requirements of the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE)). The Child Support Program (Part D of Title IV of the Social Security Act) was established by
the US Congress in 1975. The purpose of this program is to protect the welfare of affected
children by obtaining and enforcing child support and medical support orders.
