The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit or District) is seeking firm fixed price bids from qualified firms to remodel the Transportation Building at the District's Division 4 located on 1100 Seminary Ave, Oakland, CA.. The work shall also include the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, taxes, and services as defined in the bid package under the Scope of Work as shown on A-E Drawing Numbers as listed on Page 82, Attachment 5-16, Sheets 1 through 17 and Specifications sections therein. There will be two (2) mandatory pre-bid conferences and job walks. See page 9, paragraph 1.4 of the IFB. Bid packages will be available on or after May 21, 2010. Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. June 30, 2010.
