The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 175 each up to 975 each maximum with a 50 EA minimum order quantity of a CYLINDER, HYDRAULIC, BRAKE MASTER; NSN: 1630-01-082-9843; Part Number: 70250-01001-102 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system.


Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 175 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TRACY, CA. 95304-5000.


This item is restricted to Eaton Corporation, CAGE CODE: 99643 or Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, CAGE CODE: 78286


Suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time, but must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control drawing. The item is defined on a source control or specification control drawing (SCD). No sources other than those shown on the SCD are known. Full screening has been completed which concluded that competition cannot be improved at this time due to lack of sources. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100.


All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that possess the ability and can either supply the product from the sources listed on the source control document or manufacture the required item(s) described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Contractors interested in manufacturing this item are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website:
