Cyclic Salt Fog Chambers
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD intends to issue a contract to Auto Technology Company on an "other than full and open" competitive basis for three (3) NC-PC-40 Cyclic Salt Fog Chambers as part of the
AIR 4.3.4 lab upgrade. Auto Technology Company will build a non-corrosive designed chamber to ensure longevity.
Auto Technology Company is the only vendor with the ability to provide all of the required chambers and equipment.
Although this is a commercial acquistion, Auto Technology is the vendor able to provide equipment that can meet the Government's requirement's to build a cyclic salt fog chamber to incorporate the relative humidty and monitoring for pre-programmed test methods while ensuring all is compatible with the storing up to 100 custom programs and have at least 12 slotted supporting racks.
