Cyberlock Expansion (FY2019) IDIQ - Request for Proposals
THIS SOLICITATION FOR SERVICES IS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 15 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a new, single award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the NIST-wide Cyberlock Expansion Project.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). The Small Business Size Standard is $20.5 million. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101.
This acquisition is 100% set-aside for 8(a) Small Business Participants.
