This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is 68HE0819Q0014. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-05D, effective date 8/13/2019. It is the vendorB?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This solicitation is set aside ONLY for Small Business Concerns.

The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for a firm fixed price contract to purchase the following:

5) Baski Inc. 6.5" Flume Entrance Wing Walls (Quantity 12)
6) Baski Inc. 19" Flume Entrance Wing Walls (Quantity 12)
In order to be considered technically acceptable, flumes must be portable, wing walls must be capable of reducing in size (capable of being modified). Delivery is required within 45 calendar days after award. Award shall be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.

Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote that meets solicitation requirements.
