This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; electronic quotes are requested.
(i) The Solicitation Number is W15QKN-17-Q-1071. Additional requirements of this solicitation are attached.
(ii) This acquisition is solicited as total small business set-side through the open market. The requirements will be fulfilled using Simplified Acquisition procedures, FAR Subpart 13.5 and FAR Part 12. This associated North American Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 561730 with a size standard of $18,000,000.00. The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed price purchase order.
(iii) Description of services to be acquired:
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey proposes to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order in support of the 99th Regional Support Command for custodial services at the Uniontown United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 1000 Mountain View Drive, Smithfield, PA 15478. The acquisition is to provide a clean, attractive workplace that represents the facility in its best appearance to enhance public relations and attractiveness of the facility. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, tools, material, equipment, transportations, fuel and other items necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
(iv) Period of Performance: The period of performance for this requirement shall be one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods from the date of purchase order award.
Inspection and Acceptance: Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Destination. FOB shall be at destination.

(v) The provision at 52.212.1, Instructions to Offeror--Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
(vi) The basis of evaluation will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Please review the attached documentation for the details of the basis of evaluation.

(viii) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.

(x) Site visit request and Questions are due no later than 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), Friday, 21 July 2017. Quotes are due no later than 10:00 A.M.
