Customer-sited photovoltaic (PV) energy resources
On December 4, 2006, Public Service Company of Colorado (Public Service), an operating company subsidiary of Xcel Energy, Inc., issued a Request for Proposals for customer-sited photovoltaic (PV) energy resources.
Through this solicitation, Public Service is requesting proposals for approximately 7,000 MWh of annual solar electric energy to be generated from PV technologies built at customer sites.
