The City is seeking proposals from qualified customer service trainers to provide a small group of employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out customer service training with other employees.
The successful respondent will be expected to perform the following tasks:
- Create a curriculum based on the City Core Values that trainers can use for their own training sessions with City employees.
- Develop a curriculum that emphasizes the importance of customer service and motivates employees to pursue greater customer service.
- Break the curriculum into topic modules (approximately 1 hour in length) that can be priced separately.
- Provide pricing for training 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 trainers for each module.
