Customer Satisfaction Survey
The U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (DOL/ETA) is soliciting proposals to select a contractor to provide a customer satisfaction survey methodology (with accompanying weights) to measure the extent to which services supplied by the workforce investment system satisfy job seeker and employer customers.
