Customer Satisfaction Measurement Survey Services
Metropolitan Area Transit Authority has a requirement for the services of a qualified contractor to manage MATA's Customer Satisfaction Management (CSM) Program. The contractor will be responsible for the management of the CSM survey, including the survey design, methodology, preparation and production.
