Customer Information System for Water Authority

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is the procurement of a modern state-of-the-art
CUSTOMER INFORMATION SYSTEM (CIS) including necessary hardware, software,
maintenance, and support services in order to install, implement and operate the system for the Water Authority (Authority).

The proposed system must handle all CIS requirements as outlined in Section 3 herein. The Water Authority currently utilizes version 6.0 of the Sungard H.T.E. billing software running on an AS400 platform with a GUI user interface. Within the foreseeable future, the user interface will be upgraded to a browser-based interface. Data must be converted from the H.T.E system.
