Customer Information System and Services
Customer Information System will replace multiple mainframe and outdated systems.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualified and interested firms to submit proposals for a new Customer Information System (CIS) for the purpose of replacing the existing legacy, mainframe-based COBOL customer information system application called CUBIS. The new CIS application will automate multiple activities that are currently handled through a multitude of in-house modifications and will be required to meet multiple business needs. The "go-live" date for the new CIS system is expected to take place no later than fifteen months from project initiation.
