The City of Sioux Falls is soliciting proposals for a Customer Information System (CIS) to
replace its Utility Billing (UB) system. Improved customer service, including program
offerings and services, as well as enhancement of decision-making are the primary
drivers for replacing the UB system. However, information accessibility, including
timeliness and accuracy, is also a driver for this replacement.
