Pursuant to the Virginia Public Procurement Act, The Virginia Housing Development Authority
(VHDA) requests unsealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with a qualified
firm to provide software, implementation services, and support for the collection and management of data
from customer contacts.
VHDA seeks proven leaders in the fields of customer contact data management software and business process
software to develop a software solution to help the VHDA provide operational support and long range
planning assistance for Authority customer service functions.
