PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, AS REQUEST FOR CAPABILITY STATEMENT AND IDENTIFY POSSIBLE SOURCES, NOT THE ACTUAL SOLICITATION. Please read entire synopsis before contacting for questions. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted supplies and services, unless specified as provided by the Government. Services include, but are not limited to: Custodial Services for Fleming-Godwin USARC at 344 North New St., Dover, DE 19904-3031(DE001). Period of performance is one year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Target start date is on/about 23 March 2017. Draft Specifications/performance work statement will be included in the Request for Information (RFI). This is a commercial acquisition. When the actual solicitation is released, it will serve as a role of request for quote for firm fixed price services with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561720.
The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 7 February 2017 via Federal Business Opportunities Website located at www.fedbizops.gov. The required response date will be stated in the actual solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a CAGE code and DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a CAGE code, DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award.
