The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, Oregon, expects to solicit a contract for Custodial Services for Willamette Valley Project, Oregon at the following sites: Foster Powerhouse, Foster Fish Facility, Foster related day use park, Green Peter
Powerhouse, Green Peter related day use parks in Linn County Oregon and Detroit Powerhouse and related day use parks and Big Cliff Powerhouse in Marion County Oregon.
Work will include cleaning carpet, flooring, trash/recycling, windows, glass & mirrors, dusting, walls, doors & interior partitions, entryways, drinking fountains, restrooms & wash stations, kitchen & break rooms,powerhouse floors, litter control at campgrounds and boat ramps. Frequency of various services varies
between daily, weekly, bi-monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annually.
Performance period will be a base year, with two Optional Years. Base Year will commence on 01 Jan 2019 and run through 31 Dec 2019.
