Custodial Services for the Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex ( JDMTA)
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL.
45 CONS/LGCAC has a requirement for Custodial Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services to present a clean, neat and professional appearance at Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex (JDMTA), Facility 28001, in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and base policies. The performance period for this project will for five (5) years (base year plus four one year option periods). Place of performance: JDMTA Facility, 18205 S.E. County Rd., Bldg. 28005, Hobe Sound, FL. 33469. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, responsive/responsible offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-14-T-0007 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised business size of $16.5M and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561720. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on 18 Jul 14 at www.fbo.gov. Proposals may be submitted via hard copy, fax (321-853-0904), or e-mail. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. Anticipated award date will be on or after 1 Oct 2014.
