Solicitation for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial Services at Facility AZ036, Scottsdale, Arizona; in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and
resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement.
The period of performance is 13 December 2017 (or subsequent date) through 12 December 2018 with four (4) one year options and a six (6) month option to extend services.
This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Women Owned Small Business under the NAICS Code 561720 with a size standard of $18 Million.
