**A site visit is scheduled for March 30,2017 at 10:00AM local time. The location of the site visit is 715 Griffith St, Manhattan, KS 66502.**
Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than April 6, 2017 at 10:00am CST in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation dosing date.
Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
Solicitation is for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial Services at Facility KS042 located in Manhattan, KS; in accordance with the performance work statement, task and frequency charts, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement.
The period of performance is 21 May 2017 (or subsequent date) through 20 May 2018 with four (4) one year options.
This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Woman Owned Small Business under the NAICS Code 561720 with a size standard of $18.0 Million.
