Pierce County is seeking proposals to award contract(s) for the custodial maintenance of various County
facilities. This maintenance must be provided in a manner comparable to the "Prestige Service" level of
cleaning as defined by the Building Owners and Managers Association in their publication Cleaning
Makes Cents of 1997. The successful Proposer shall be obligated to fulfill that objective in a timely and
professional manner in keeping with the established standards of the industry.
