The period of performance is 15 April 2018 (or subsequent date) through 14 April 2019 with four (4) one year options.
A site visit is scheduled to be held:
6 March 2018 at 10:00 AM Local Time at IN002, 520 South Woodcrest Drive, Bloomington, IN 47401-5336.
This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Woman Owned Small Business under the NAICS Code 561720 with a size standard of $18 Million.
Solicitation for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial Services at Facility IN002; in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement.

Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
