The Mission and Installation Contracting Office -Fort Riley (MICC-Riley), Kansas has a requirement in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Fort Riley, Kansas. The Contractor shall provide, but not limited to, all labor, supplies, equipment, materials and transportation to provide Custodial Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement.
MICC-Riley will issue a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract for supplies. The Request for Proposal, W911RX-14-R-0003, Custodial Services on or about 20 June 2014. The requirement will be set-aside for competitive 8(a) Small Business Concerns, under NAICS Code 561720, Housekeeping and Janitorial Services with a size standard of $16.5M. Period of Performance for the resulting contract is 12 month base period with three (3) 1-yr option periods. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFP package and any amendments. All bidders shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8.
