Custodial Services
The University is requesting proposals from custodial vendors to service all buildings on campus. The University operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our customer base consists of students, faculty, staff, visitors and local community. The University's goal to attract and retain this customer base is based on the appearance and condition of all University facilities. The quality of custodial services plays a major role in the overall mission.
