Custodial Services
3.0.1 Vendors will provide primarily night custodial services to Public School (APS) at the sites
included on the list of facilities.
3.0.2 Time for reporting should be 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. on the elementary and middle schools, 2:30
p.m. to 3:00 a.m. on the high schools.
3.0.3 Cleaning must be completed in a manner not to disrupt normal school functions as determined by
Atlanta Public Schools.
3.0.4 Vendors must maintain a daily cleaning level between 1 and 2 per Association of Physical Plant
Administrators cleaning standards only (Building Owners and Management Association BOMA standards
do not meet the intent of this contract).
3.0.5 All methods, including but not limited to, equipment, personnel, materials, cleaning approach, etc.,
used in performing the work herein specified shall be in accordance with the current best practices (IEHA
(International Executive Housekeeping Association) and affiliate ISSA-Interclean World Wide Cleaning
Group of the building cleaning industry.
3.0.6 Vendor must have experience in APPA level 2 cleaning environment.
