Curve Lake First Nation Chief and Council need an Electronic Content Management System to assist with storage and retrieval problems inherent in paper filing systems while reducing costs and providing instant access to information.

The purpose of the project is to provide an Electronic Content Management System that allows Curve Lake First Nation Chief & Council to bring together all of the paper and electronic documents, store them in one place, and organize them using one simple system, in any format.

The system will provide the capability to manage creation, profiling, indexing, distribution, storage retrieval, archiving and destruction of all documents and records - including all forms of physical and electronic documents.
