It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain the services of a qualified Offeror to deliver high quality fitness, cognitive and behavioral data management software, teacher training and program curriculum development, qualitative and quantitative evaluation analysis online and on site and aligned with the measurable outcomes within the Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL) intended to supplement the existing public schools health and physical education curriculum.
