The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is a component of the Department of the Treasury that designs, engraves, and prints U.S. currency banknotes and other U.S. security products. U.S. currency banknote manufacturing occurs at BEP's Washington, DC Currency Facility (DCF) and Western Currency Facility (WCF) located in Fort Worth, TX. BEP's primary customer is the Federal Reserve Board (FRB).

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing has a requirement to procure currency strap and bundle bands rolls for LEPE and SNI processing equipment that are custom-printed to meet BEP specifications used in the packaging of U.S. currency banknotes at the aforementioned BEP facilities.
