Curb Lane Management Plan
The Consultant selected under this Request for Proposals (RFP) will provide support and technical expertise in the development of a Curb Lane Management Plan that is anticipated to include detailed recommendations on policy and inventory management as it relates to use of curb lane space or right-of-way. The Consultant will evaluate all curb lane uses in Uptown by policy, practice, and by proportion and distribution.
