Cultural Village
The City is excited to activate this underutilized portion of the district and revitalize this space for the community. Planning goals look to promote pedestrian activity and provide social, cultural and economic benefits to the community through a mixed-use, visitor-serving development. Current designs feature a commissary kitchen and small business incubator which aim to support community food entrepreneurs.
