The City is requesting proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms with experience and expertise in the creation, planning, and implementation of Strategic Cultural Heritage Tourism Plans. This plan would assist the City in assessing, planning, and marketing the City as a cultural heritage tourist destination and attracting visitors from throughout the New York City Metropolitan region and beyond.
