The project includes the following work: Approximately 29,900 gross square feet of new construction for the University Cultural Center Expansion on three floors with a partial basement. The project has an interior 3 story atrium open to two floors. Building construction consists of concrete floors, steel stud and wood stud construction interior and exterior walls with exterior rain screen cladding system. The work includes all associated civil, landscape, structural, mechanical and electrical work. Demolition work is being completed under a separate contract.
