Cultural Arts Strategic Plan
It is intended that the Strategic Plan will guide efforts to achieve the community’s cultural vision over the next 10 years. The Plan should include elements that will provide clarity and direction for public art development throughout Malibu, guide development and placement of public art pieces, unify both private and public program guidelines and reflect City policies and planning documents.
