The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) of Harris County Texas is requesting qualified firms for assistance with the Development of the Cube Cargo Model. The H-GAC is in the process of updating its regional travel model. This update will include all elements of the modeling system, including networks, socioeconomic data, and passenger models. As part of this update, H-GAC will develop a set of freight models, to be integrated with passenger models, using state-of-the practice techniques applied within the Cube Cargo freight modeling software network.
