Cross-Occupational Training
The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intend to procure support services to provide training, instruction and course material for cross-occupational courses for DHS/CBP employees. Cross-occupational courses shall be within the following subject areas: Briefing and presentation skills and techniques; Writing with clarity using critical thinking; Solving problems creatively and thinking outside the box; Managing multiple and competing deadlines and priorities; and Completed staff work and recommending effective, signature-ready solutions to managers and leaders.
