The work, in general, consists of removing vegetation including trees, removing and cold planing existing asphalt concrete surfacing, grading, paving with asphalt concrete over aggregate base or compacted native soil, constructing curbs,
sidewalks, cross gutters including spandrels, and painting stripes and pavement markings and doing other work appurtenant thereto.
