Crisis services
Allegheny County Department of Human Services and Community Care Behavioral Health are seeking an organization to implement and manage an integrated crisis service including: phone crisis service, walk-in crisis service, mobile crisis service for children and adult consumers of behavioral services and a residential crisis service (one of the following: Crisis Residential, 72 hour crisis beds or Crisis Stabilization and Diversion service) for Allegheny County adult consumers of behavioral health services (mental health and drug and alcohol). These crisis services will provide services 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
