The Northern Virginia Hospital Alliance is soliciting bids to develop a training program for the senior leadership of its 12 member hospitals to address how to manage crisis communications and the media during a crisis. The training should provide training to up to 10 senior executives at each of the 12 member hospitals on how to:
Consistently deliver your key messages no matter the question.
Bridge from difficult areas to your key messages.
Face confrontational audiences with poise and confidence.
Develop newsworthy and memorable quotes and sound bites.
Understand the different requirements of electronic and print media.
Understand how to manage phone interviews, live interviews and meetings in front of large crowds.
