The Unit is seeking to establish one purchasing agreement with one company to design and conduct one exercise workshop specifically designed for Investigators and Criminal Analyst that must focus on terrorism. The workshop must be designed to teach techniques and to evaluate how investigators and analyst conduct an investigation related to terrorism.
