The Sheriffs' Association seeks a complete automated solution that encompasses the criminal history inquiry
process. Currently criminal history inquires involve paper fingerprinting and other manual
steps that make the process unnecessarily slow and time-consuming. With this project
the LSA intends to acquire a solution that establishes electronic automation for all
aspects of the criminal history inquiry process, from scheduling appointments for
electronic fingerprinting to having results delivered as digital documents to the
requesting agency, organization, or company.
